Everything in our experience with Merry Maids has been positive. From the people in the office reminding of an upcoming house cleaning to the wonderful Carmen who cleans our house everyone has been great! We highly recommend Merry Maids!

Materials are effective, employees are friendly, polite, professional, use great teamwork when they are here in a pair. When one person is here to clean, the person has been quite thorough and careful with items, etc in a timely manner.

You show up on time and do exactly what you said you would do.

The last two girls I had were excellent! Not that the others haven’t been great, these two excelled. Little things like the hand towels folded a different way. It didn’t go unnoticed! Would love to have them back for my next cleaning.

I’m honestly not crazy about the products used. I assume they are eco friendly which is nice. But I don’t feel my bathrooms, kitchen and definitely floors are as clean and as antiseptic as I feel I used to make them when I could do my own cleaning. This has nothing at all to do with my regular gal, Rebecca, who cleans my home. She always does all to the best of her abilities with the products she has to use. I understand people wanting eco friendly products, but I guess I’m old school and feel cleaner with things like bleach and whatnot. I normally have her steam the flooring and not use whatever product used in the beginning. It left floor sticky. But I’m not sure steaming is cleaning rooms with tile and Pergo as well as I’d like. Although she cleans them all what seems like very well, within a couple or so days I’ve used my Swiffer WetJet on both types of floors just to see and the pads come back very dirty. Like they need more than just steaming? I can’t believe they get that dirty within a few days before next cleaning (every two weeks) just by dust or whatever? My heat vents and filters are kept very clean and for now, before warm weather, I don’t open windows. I still love your service and couldn’t manage without it with my health. And I truly adore Rebecca. She goes out of her way to help do everything needed, even a little beyond such as taking my plates or whatever food I eat for lunch to the kitchen for me (I often have to stay in bed due to health). Plus she’s always, always in such a lovely and kind mood. She’s become a dear friend because she lets me yammer on while still cleaning since I can’t get out and about very often. All in all I love Merry Maids, just not crazy about the products. Thanks for letting me “yammer” on yet again.
