My home was not very dirty but I was tired of working all week and spending the weekends cleaning the house! We choose Merry Maids, thinking it would help us enjoy our weekends a bit more! From the first contact, they went out of their way to make sure our cleaning plan was what we needed. Our housekeeper that came to the house the first time was super professional. She spent a very long time making sure all details of the home was taken care of our first time. During her time in our home, our dog (she was crated at the time) became very ill and got sick in her crate. The housekeeper contacted me immediately and let our dog out of her crate to go outside. I immediately rushed home and she was so helpful taking care of the dog. She went above and beyond her job that day! I came home to a very clean home and our weekend was spent relaxing without worry! I cannot wait until our next cleaning day

We were quite nervous before their arrival, but as soon as the two ladies came in, they put our minds at ease. They were very polite and courteous. They got right to work and accomplished the job, exactly as we had ordered it done.
We were very impressed with how the cleansing products - not just the effective cleaning, but very importantly, how they would smell. We were afraid of a strong chemical smell, but the products are absolutely pleasant and natural smelling, with a wonderful after-glow of citrus. Whatever they sprayed on the carpet worked wonders to neutralize the odor from our three cats.
All in all, we were very happy with the results. No more nervousness! We'll have them back again, soon!

Merry Maids use a product for cleaning that is plant-derived. It has no alcohol, no petrochemicals, no dyes or strong scents. It is used on any floor or counter types and it leaves a natural shine.
The women are kind, friendly and hard working. They notify you when they expect to arrive, do not take breaks, will do the assigned cleaning tasks and trust that you are satisfied with the work before they leave.
The cost of service is reasonable and fair. I am a satisfied customer.
