The bus driver that took us to the airport was amazing. We loved playing guess that Disney tune as we were leaving for Disney. He made it a really enjoyable experience.

What do you like about our services?

Pick up van is usually waiting for you when you park your vehicle. Like the new one entry gate. Like the new app. Like the better come pick me up. Wait times at gate for pick still seem longer but reasonable. Need a better way than hand written ticket for parking space as it gets lost. Build into app??

The shuttles are always quick, and drivers are helpful and friendly. PNF is a great cheaper alternative to parking at the airport.

The attendants were very helpful providing instructions. Last time I used Park N Fly was about 20 years ago. I was unfamliar with the new system but the attendants at the lot and drop off and pickup were extremely patient and helpful. Cheers to your staff!

When parking at Park N Fly Philadelphia, I am confident that my vehicle is safe and taken care of. The lot is located right off Interstate 95 and is just minutes from the airport. The door to door service and fabulous employees are the cherry on top.
