I wish I knew her name. The woman that drove the shuttle was fantastic. She helped direct me into a parking spot. She gave detailed instructions about how to get to the tram. I didn't even know I had to take a tram so I was glad she didn't assume we had all done this before. Easy access in and out of the ramp.

Pick up and delivery was great in the AM. Arrived back late at night and sat in the back of the bus. Driver didn’t speak loud enough to say where he was stopping. With the lights in the van being on you can’t see out the windows so we couldn’t hear or see when the driver stopped by our car. Another person got up and left so we did two tours of the parking ramp before we got to our car. Give the driver a microphone or have them announce loudly what stop we are at.

The driver coming back from the airport was wonderful and made sure we didn't leave anything on the bus and made sure bags were carried out.i forgot his name all i know is that it starts with a C and he was there @11PM-12AM ON THE 24TH
