I have never had a bad experience with Park & Fly. The shuttle drivers are always so friendly and helpful with my bags. The shuttles are clean. Park & Fly always gets me to the airport in a timely manner. Parking with you is always an easy to do process.
The shuttle driver on the return from the airport was the most helpful I've ever experienced. Normally, there's a sign with the driver's name posted, but not this time. I can state that the bus # was 200 and the date and time was 10/24/23, 11:45pm.
Easy -- though it could be easier to let you know when we have arrived. Maybe a QR code on the check stub so we don't have to fumble to type in the number?

It was fast and easy to drop off. When I went to pick it up, car was warm . They opened up the trunk for me and had a nice message on the passenger side

My family and I love your business and services! We always get valet, there is very little if not any wait time. We already end up being early for our flights. You make it easy and convenient, we are always picked up from the airport within minutes.
Quick pick up so we get to the airport, very friendly service and the wait is usually less than 15mn for our shuttle back. $60 cheaper than parking at the airport!
