The cashier at the booth was great. Due to a flight delay we arrived several hours later than our planned exit from the parking lot. She waived the small extra fee and also gave us a couple of bottles of wster. That is what I call great customer service!

Easy to make a reservation, friendly bus drivers, nice to have a car wash to clean off the dirt and dust accumulating while we are away, and the ease of using the check-in/check-out features on-site. And it is very convenient to the airport.

I absolutely love how easy it is to use this service. Being picked up and dropped off right at my car keeps me from trekking across parking lots and makes me feel so much more safe! All of the drivers are courteous and friendly!

Both drivers were friendly. Scott, pick up driver was very nice. I loved getting a bottle of water on my return. Also was pleasantly surprised to not be charged additional fee when I was a bit later than my reservation! Great customer service.
