I felt safe. I needed and received help with my luggage. Check-out for my first time was easy to figure out and fast once I understood what to do. I have lost my car two times in Airport parking garages, I don't need to worry about that with this service, as long as I keep the card I was given by the bus drivers. I love this location for Park N Fly Plus. EVERYONE who has answered the phone (before I left, while I was gone and needed to stay longer and when I landed at return) was Patient with me and knowledgeable. I got a great value for the $172 charge.

I love the fact that once my car is parked, the shuttle is right there and it’s never a long waiting period to get back to the lot. It’s the only parking service I use. Keep up the awesome work 👍🏾

After a long travel day, my grandson left his "packpack" on the shuttle. I called and within less than a minute was assured "packpack" was safe and would be held for us to pick up at our convenience. While I have used Park 'n Fly for years and always been happy with the service, I am especially appreciative today! Thank you Park 'n Fly CLE!
