Ease of making a reservation, quick shuttle to terminal, they start your car and have it ready when you return, either with heat or air conditioning.

It was seamless. Drop off was fast and the van was waiting. Pick up was quick as well. The van was right outside. My car was running and right out front. The text messages were timely and helpful. I’ve used VIP several times over the years even before when they were Executive Valet. I have found the service to have improved greatly and plan to use them again for future trips.

The ease in booking and courtesy of the drivers.

There is one disconnect in the app. My CC is added to the app however each time I check out the CC payment info doesn’t load and I have to input the card manually every time. This doesn’t occur if I processed from the website.
