Above all it was the customer service. Seems there was ample vans and timely, helpful staff above all the drivers. They were aware of the struggles folks may have with their luggage and safety concerns especially at night.

The bus promptly picked us up as soon as we parked. It was also easy to find and board the bus upon returning to ATL. The driver was very helpful and helped us with our bags, and answered any questions. We also appreciated the free car wash. Great customer service!

It would be good if near the CRQ there is an indication whether reservation is self-park or valet. Readable" without having to pull out reading glasses considering passenger is in a rush to park and make to the airport. Since parking fills up quickly, many passengers book several weeks in advance, and they may not remember whether they have book self-park or valet. Service very good. courteous drivers, timely pickup from airport back to base.

That you could do self park or get valet parking. Also that I did not have to wait long for the shuttle going to the airport and coming back. I waited at max 10 mins for the shuttle when I arrived in baggage claim.
