I liked the convenience of making the reservation online and the well-organized transfer to and from the airport. The moment we arrived at the parking the shuttle bus practically followed us and picked us up right away from our parking spot. So, getting to the airport was fast and flawless. The same from the airport after our return- we were picked up within minutes from our automated request. Both times drivers were very polite and helped us with loading our luggage( not looking away and pretending not to see suitcases, as from my previous experience with other transfer companies). Most importantly, the rate is reasonable and, as in our case, there were no penalties for picking up the car a day later. Great service!

I commend the staff for being very efficient and polite. Arriving on one of the last flights into Bradley, the bus was waiting in the arrivals, the driver was most helpful and my car was ready to go when I arrived at the parking lot. Would highly recommend Park 'n Fly!
