Your driver was excellent and a gentlemen. I did have trouble finding the exit door to catch transportation back to the parking lot. In addition, I have not received an emailed receipt of charges as promised. It is needed for business expense purposes. Please provide as promised.
We love everything about your service. However, the only improvement we would like to see is not something that is caused by PNF, but by the people riding in the return shuttle. When we are picked up at the airport, a large group usually forms. There is no rhyme or reason to the line up process. Once we collect our luggage after the flight and call the pick-up number on our phone, is there a way of letting the driver know the number of people in our party, so when the driver arrives they will know a name and how many in that party? Some people become so bold by stepping in front of others who have been waiting ahead of them. It's very frustrating. This seems to be a common complaint among the people waiting for a ride.
The service is easy to use, making reservation on-line was simple, getting there and having the shuttle attendant right there to pick you up and assist you on and off is fantastic!!! I will use Park and Fly whenever I fly out of FLL.
