We were sent to aisle 11. I noticed the sign that said do not back in so I pulled in. My 6 year old nephew walked over and touched the fence, we did not know if was electrified. I looked and saw a faded sign in another spot that says 7,000 volts. You might want to make it more clear. I am not sure why he walked over there to look at something while we were removing our bags from the car.

Car wash was an unexpected perk. We never received a receipt when we parked. The attendant was patient with me while I looked for boarding pass. It had been a long day/terrible flight so I really appreciated it.

Very fast and friendly! And when our flights got cancelled and moved a day, they were super nice and helpful in answering my questions when I called.

The location of where to pick up is not very clear and caused a lot of issues with guests standing around trying to find place and then guests being super rude to other guests.

Good service

When we dropped our car off, the driver spoke to us at the gate and then followed us into the parking ramp. This was excellent service. He then gave us a tag with our parking slot on it.

Upon our return, the shuttle was at the terminal so we had no waiting on the return trip as well.

We will use Park N Fly again on our next trip using MSP.

Cost and convenience.

Axel and Andreiss (sp?) were phenomenal help. Axel shuttled me to and from the airport. Both he and Andreiss also assisted me with substantial car issues I had, and went above and beyond to help me get the car up and running again. They are phenomenal employees and I've recommended your company to everyone I can who are flying in and out of Midway.
