Really appreciate the service level from your team. I can quickly drop off my car an step onto a bus to get it the airport and the quickly board a bus and then step off to find my car already ready with the air on. Your service is one of the few parts of my frequent travel that is easy and appreciate that a great deal.

The convenience of the service and having the shuttle available. There was very little wait time for the shuttle. Drivers were friendly and helpful.

The staff! From the moment I pull in I'm greeted by friendly helpful people. Please let them know that they matter and they're doing a great job. In fact, a few us talked about this great service on our ride to the airport. Park 'N Fly is always the best part of my flight

Very easy to book a reservation online and the price is very reasonable. Shuttle takes you to arrivals and picks you up at departures without any delay. Have been using Park ‘N Fly for years and it is always my first choice when parking our cars.

We have used park & fly for over 20 years. We have seen the upd and downs of their service. But we can honestly say the service has been excellent for many years now. We can see the effort made by the company to constantly improve. Thank you for continuing to think of your customer's needs.
Also thank you for the new text message system that allows the customer to let someone know they are ready to be picked up. Great idea!!
