Convenience and ease of entry and exit
Last year, I almost left PNF Plus as the customer service was almost non existent. No passion, no urgency, complete lack of energy. Obviously operations leadership has changed in that quality of employees is returning, customer service is emphasized, and a true appreciation to serve the customer is returning. Not completely everyone, but obviously is returning to the pre COVID attitudes that existed. I am glad I continued to give you a chance to correct!
