I think it is efficient and effective on the pick up as the shuttles are staged in the row in which the customers park. So its pretty quick to get into a shuttle and heading to the airport. Its almost faster to do that in the outside parking because covered parking appears you wait longer but it could be just me. I do wish there was more shuttles on the return as there is often a wait to catch one of those to get back to the lot and drive home.
Very attentive, pleasant and most importantly, FAST! I’ve been using your services for the past 5 yrs and I see no reason to change now.

Your service was great! It was pouring when we arrived and the driver came right to our car and helped us grab our stuff out of the car so we didn’t get too soaked. Then when we got back we had a great driver pick us up at the airport. We recently used a different parking lot and had terrible service so we switched to you and were very happy we did!

Reliability
The first bus driver wasn’t pleasant and the lady at the gate upon leaving Sunday morning was so unbelievably rude. If you work in customer service, you cannot have that tone!!
