Very timely upon arrival to baggage claim for pickup when texted upon my arrival. Driver loaded my bag into the shuttle. He was very organized and friendly. I self parked and he drove me to my spot and put my suitcase in my trunk. I give Rinh my driver 10 stars!

Quick and convenient

excellent service, the shuttle was already there waiting outside for us. And the driver that took us to the airport and the driver that brought us back from the airport were very helpful and courteous.

Driver who picked us up made special accomodations so we did not have to wait for the next shuttle. Service above and beyond the call of duty!

Quick n easy

It is easy to book online. The experience at the lot is very good, both entering and leaving. The shuttles are always quick, both coming to and going from the airport. This time, I had a really good driver who picked me up. He was very energetic and hardworking and worked hard to get us back to the lot quickly. I usually carry my own bags (just because I do) but he was too quick for me, both at pickup at the airport and when we got to my car. I wish I had caught his name to give him full credit. He was young man with an African accent (maybe Ghana?).

Quick and easy in! I didn't realize that I'd be charged for a full extra day when picking up just after midnight though.

Good service and very prompt on pickups

The best part of our experience was the way we were greeted and helped by the vibrant, professional employee. I believe her name was Denisha but unfortunately, I lost the card with her name on it. Not only were we greeted with a huge smile at 4 AM, but very clear directions on how to check in and out of the parking lot when we were done. It was just so nice to receive this welcome. When we were leaving she was working as well and I let her know she is amazing!

It was straightforward. When I arrived the guy (I don't remember his name) was efficient. He verified my reservation. He was patient as I gathered all my things. He was open to questions. He ensured I knew what I needed to have retrieve my car. He asked me if it was my first there. It was great. When I landed I knew exactly where to go because the driver mentioned it on the way to the airport. The driver was professional. The drive was quick and the driver didn't know drive in an unsafe or risky way. I felt safe.The text message system was simple, clear, and helpful. I would use Park n Fly again. It was my first time parking at the airport and I'm glad I did.
