On the way to the airport I wasn’t too impressed. Not very friendly and no help with bags.
On my return flight I was several hours late due to cancellations. I got on the app when I landed and hit the “come and get me” immediately they texted and asked what terminal I was at. I went out the door and looked for them. I received a phone call and they let me know I was at the wrong door and that the driver would be looking out for me and wouldn’t leave until I arrived. This 100 percent changed my mind! I will always use them for now now on.

Online booking was easy, we were picked up quickly both coming and going. We were given a card with our exact spot and driven right to it so there was no guesswork when we returned.

It's very convenient for me to drive myself to PNF and use the shuttle service to get to and from the airport. The shuttle drivers have always been very helpful and considerate. I like have the option of valet parking or parking myself inside or outside. The only reason that I didn't give a 10 score this time was because upon return to MSP the evening of August 21, I had to wait through 2 shuttles, and I was finally able to board the 3rd return, and that one was full with more people still waiting at the terminal. They did not have enough drivers/shuttles for the number of people returning that evening.
