Overall, I had a great experience with the Park N Fly Miami ; staff was incredibly helpful.

Having everything on my mobile phone makes things much easier than times past. I normally receive an email with my confirmation, and I did not receive one this time. Upon my return, I couldn't log in to retrieve my reservation and had to use your staff to get out of the lot. The attendant graciously asked for my cell phone number, found my reservation, and let me out with no delay. I appreciated it.

Everything from the drop off of my car to the shuttle bus ride to the airport to the return shuttle ride to pick up my car at the indoor parking site. My car was ready to be picked up at curb side with keys inside of car upon drop off from shuttle bus.

Quick. Got to the terminal quickly. On my return I had a van with in a couple of minutes and as in my car.
