Your employees were very helpful and polite. They even loaded and unloaded our suite cases. Water bottle when leaving was a nice touch and very appreciated.

Upon pick up at airport driver was courteous, friendly and helpful with bags..not so for driver who picked us up from ParknFly Parking lot for our flight outbound (maybe having a bad day?)…a friendly, helpful and courteous driver will always be tipped accordingly..other than that, love the service/communication is the best

I have always been pleased with Park n Fly Plus. I have parked there several times and I've always had a good experience. The shuttles are prompt, the people professional, and my car is always safe and waiting for me when I return. It's my preferred parking for the Atlanta airport.

Very easy to book on the app. Once you arrive, the staff is always attentive and very nice. I've never had an issue with the travel going back and forth to the airport either.

No issues parking or leaving. Maybe need better communication for arriving customers on finding the open spaces? The lot was basically full when we arrived. The shuttle driver had to finally point us to the few open spots.

I like the service you provide. Especially, that you had me covered when I didn't have my receipt.

Easy. Park. Picked up right away. Same with drop off. Granted I used the service at a non peak time. 3:30 am for both drop off and pick up.

That the bus was there to pick us up right away at our car and took us right to the airport. Same with coming home. It was nice that we received a free car wash. All employees were very pleasant.
