Parking lot large with adequate spaces to park your car. Some carparks you have to squeeze your car into a space. We parked our car and the shuttle was right there when we unloaded. The driver provided us with a ticket with our parking space number. Airport very close. When we returned from our trip the shuttle was there in about 5 minutes and took us right to our parking space. This is the best parking lot we've been to near the Oakland Airport. Very well organized

It is so convenient! I feel very safe and feel my car is safe. The drivers are also courteous and helpful. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up from my car or the airport. It's very much in my comfort zone!

The frequent Parker process should be more efficient. I have to go through the parking attendant for quicker service. The automated process is very cumbersome and slow.
