I chose the self park in the uncovered lot option. I was very nervous when I got there at 3 am that there would not be someone to pick us up and take us to the airport. We got in (have the park and fly app open and barcode ready to open the gate), found a decent sized parking spot, unloaded our suitcases and by that time a shuttle driver was waiting there to load our suitcases in the shuttle and take us to the airport. He asked which airline and terminal and took us right where we needed to be. He was professional and so helpful with the heavy suitcases.
When we returned from our vacation we texted the number that was emailed to us when we booked with park and fly and within 10-15 minutes the shuttle was there to take us back to our car. Again suitcases were loaded and unloaded into the shuttle for us. A great experience. We will used park and fly again!
We have been using this location for years because it's so easy. This last trip we lost our car key and had to call a lock smith to come and program a new one. Tina was very helpful and explained the process of having the outside vendor come in and made it very easy for us. We appreciate her help very much. Will definitely be back!
