Could have better directions for people that never been there.I didn’t know I was supposed to sit at my car and wait for shuttle to come get me once I parked my car.then when I came back to leave there wasn’t any directions or arrows/signs on where to exit and then when I did figure out I leave same way I came in I didn’t know I had to scan my email again.then the scanner didn’t work and the employee had to come scan it manually to let me leave.should be able to just pull out and leave in my opinion no need to scan an email.
Everything! It's gated, safe, immediate pickup, etc...able to relax on the ride over to the airport and dropped off at the door.

I want to preface this by saying I have nearly 2 million flight miles and the majority of those flights, I parked at PNF so I do have a solid history with your organization with regard to service and service issues. Many years prior to the pandemic, Park n' Fly was having issues with service, Park and Go had two vans at the main per PNF's one. During and months after the pandemic, Park and Go had three vans at the main to PNF's one. Wait time at the Main to arriving at PNF could take an hour.
All that said, on my trip out on Tuesday 8/23 the PNF van was promptly at my vehicle to take me to the airport, for the first time in a very long time, I didn't need to call the office after 15 plus minutes to let them know I was waiting for pick up. On my return on 8/26, I just missed the van leaving the main, in less than 2 minutes another PNF van arrived, we were on the van for a minute when another PNF van arrived to cover. I was at my vehicle and out the PNF door in less than 20 minutes, the PNF I was used to when I first started using your service in approximately 1997 appears to be back.
Kudos to the management or new management and personal who hopefully has this straightened around, very nice job!!!
