We used the indoor parking and it was our second year using it. The pickup and drop off were easy. The place is pretty organize and looks safe. We will definitely use Park and Fly again next time we fly from Oakland Airport.

Easy to reserve and modify or cancel. Recently had to change travel plan at the last minute. Was able to cancel reservation made at Houston Hobby Airport, them made another at George Bush International.

What I like most is the shuttles are smaller so the wait is less. And it seems that the service of picking up and dropping off right at your car is still happening considering every place seems to suffering from shortage of workers.
I have always had a good experience with ParkDIA, from reserving a spot, to getting shuttled to and from the airport in a timely manner and ease of payment on the way out. I have recommended this lot to three other family members so far.
