Since I reserved online, a staff member had me on the list for arrival and she directed me to where I was to park. A shuttle was there and waiting. The rides to and from the airport were quick. Good experience all around.
The driver that picked us up for our departure quickly wrote down our parking space number. We liked the fact that we did not have to walk far with our luggage to and from the shuttle. The Park 'N Fly shuttles were numerous and in different spots in the outside-parking-shuttle-bus area. It took a moment to understand which shuttle bus to use to get back to our car, but Neville (I think that was his name) welcomed us aboard and was helpful in handling our luggage. We really liked the car wash since our car was filthy when we returned after a long trip.

I have one thing that happened Monday and, that's your driver he went out of his way to accommodate the few Last name removed passages on the bus and, I think that maybe your company's underling racist / serotypes that I have never seen before. To say the leased I, was shocked.
