Prompt, as promised, pick-up at the right places and drop off exactly where my car was. Price is very affordable and fair. The only thing that was missing was us being able to scan our own QR code to exit the parking lot. However, your parking attendant was good and scanned it for us, which worked.

Best experience ever! On 8/29 we arrived back to Midway and were picked up about 1pm. It was pouring raining. The driver drove each person to their car and placed luggage in the car for them. I haven’t experienced superb customer service like this in years. I will recommend you to everyone and park there whenever I travel which is very often.
