I would like to note pickups lately have been much slower. My past two pickups I had to request the van to pick me up at the airport and I to wait for a long time. Historically the van was just there waiting during prime hours.

Pick up and drop off right at your vehicle, not at a "stop". Driver helped getting bags on and off the van.

Everything was perfect! We parked our car and before we could get out of it, the transportation bus was right there. We thought we had to walk up to the front, but NO. How convenient it was to get to the airport without any issue's at all. Coming back from our trip was a breeze as well. Stepped out of the airport and the transportation park n fly plus bus was there. Using this location and company was the best EVER! We will definitely use them again.

I experienced frequent shuttles, although I heard others say they had a long wait. The shuttle drivers are very polite. The price per day is affordable, the location is convenient to MSP. The exit and entry were stress-free. The signs were helpful but could be larger and more noticeable.
