Our flight came in super early in the morning and we were down waiting for shuttles at 6:30. We just missed two that drove off. We had one plus that came and passed us by in the 2nd+ that came to not have any pick ups and so he pulled forward to the regular line and let us all board. I thought that was pretty awesome versus having to continue to stand and wait for the regular bus.

For my park and leave, the shuttle was waiting by my vehicle before my engine was even off and it was a quick ride to the airport. Upon return, it was a matter of minutes and the shuttle was ready to go. For both rides the driver was courteous and helpful. I also liked the quick in and out at the facility using the app as I had pre-paid.

Helpful drivers. Signage to off property parking shuttles in terminals is horrible but driver on our outbound ride gave us great advice.

I love the ease of use both arriving and departing. I usually book uncovered valet and it’s nice to have the car pulled up and ready when we get back.

The shuttle is convenient and frequent. the shuttle's drivers are professional, drive safe and helpful on large suitcases. The parking lot is big enough for conveniently parking and moving around, but the signing can be improved as the parking lot is huge.

Location is convenient, way better than parking at the airport or anywhere else. Shuttles are fast, so fast I sometimes don’t have time to finish situating my car. Price is more than fair.
I used the app for the first time on this trip, and it works excellent. Made check-in and check-out much easier.
