I love Park N Fly Plus because I don’t have to park at the airport and my car is covered while I’m gone. I love that they pick me up at my car. They frequently load my luggage for me. They even give me a card with my parking space number on it so I don’t have to remember when I get back. Traveling is stressful and this makes it so much less stressful.
Friendly and helpful staff. When I didn’t have a copy of my reservation, my first time using Park N Fly, they were nice and helpful setting the tone of how they want me as a customer. When I was picked up at Midway, the driver was extremely friendly and helpful putting our luggage onto the bus, he drove safely. Dropping off the customers efficiently and with a positive attitude. A great experience all around. Highly recommend the service.
