Everything ran very efficiently, from the reservation (and friendly help on the phone with that!) to the entrance/parking and shuttle.
Both shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous- helped with the heavy suitcases.

Employes were very courteous and professional, took care to get us to the correct gate and picked up with no issues. When we have need of parking again will be our go to place.

really like the service and facilities. hate the online portion as it is a rip-off with all the fees that take away from any small discounts provided. the only thing good about it is you have a spot reserved.

We arrived for our departure a little discombobulated and the team was so sweet and helpful. We waited no time at all to be picked up from the airport when we came home and the shuttle driver was so kind. Seamless communication and service. You are the only parking service I will ever use when flying out of Bradley!
