This was the first time to use a parking service. I was worried about arriving in the dark and being alone, so I was very relieved to see someone standing by the shuttle bus and guiding me into a parking spot.

The driver both times was very nice and helpful. We did not have to wait long either time for pick up.

The bus is always clean. Water at exit. Drivers are friendly.

We do Need more buses especially when returning from the airport to the parking lot

I love using Park N Fly and get door to door service without dealing with the crazy traffic at the terminal. They are quick to pick you up at your car and then a short wait at times at the airport upon your return. The drivers are all very nice and helpful.
