Your van drivers are terrific and there is little to no wait. Both times I have used PNF the driver has been there immediately both on drop off and return. Gives me comfort particularly as a female going to a lot if flying at odd hours. Also like the ability to prepay and reserve a spot.

Drivers were there right away at both ends of my trip.

However, not having used you people for about 5 years or more, nobody told me that the new drop off point at the airport was about a 1/4 mile further away from the ticketing area. I missed the signs that put you on the tram to make that trip, so I walked outside to the point where I could get to the doors from the parking ramp to the path to the ticketing area. I am not happy about the signage inside the new part of the airport as I never noticed a sign for the tram to the terminal proper.
