Driver Rinh is fantastic, had the pleasure of driving with him multiple times recently both to and from the airport and he was caring and extremely helpful, friendly and engaging. Great customer service skills.
Also engaged with Amber and Nancy (believe that’s her name) on my return (9-16-22) again outstanding customer service and extremely friendly. Greeted as I entered the building and welcomed me with open arms.
You should be proud of these individuals and their ability to connect with the customer in such a tough job market.
