Easy and convenient,

however the checkout when can't use or a problem with ez exit is not very pleasant. I've had to use the front office a couple times because ez exit wasn't working or I had a question. The staff was very non-responsive (not looking at the window or not answering the bell for help - waiting about 2 minutes for someone to even help me)

Situation was resolved fairly, but the wait time and attitude (not friendly) was unreasonable.
