Convenience. Friendly drivers. Didn't have to wait long for pick up. The shuttle was right there and waited for us as we rushed to catch it. App is helpful although my reservation code didn't always show. Still, it all worked smoothly for the most part.

Everything! Each Park 'N Fly employee I encountered was so kind and went above and beyond to make my experience great. The process was quick and easy -- and the prices are exceptional. For me, an Uber to the airport one way was more expensive than my four-day parking stay with Park 'N Fly. Plus, the car wash is a great touch! Five stars!

Early morning car drop off is quick and efficient. Pick up is also very efficient, my car is always waiting for me upfront. On our last trip the driver hand delivered our bags to our trunk. I will never use another car lot.

I love your service. So, thank you. However, I think there is one improvement that can enhance your customer's experience. On the way from the Terminals to the Lot, can the drivers drop off first the customers who paid extra for covered/better parking? I typically purchase covered parking and so far, it's been my experience, the covered parking customers get dropped off last.

Easy to reserve a spot, very helpful shuttle drivers, ours even helped us load our luggage into the trunk! I regret not having any cash on me to leave him a tip for exceptional service, I will not make that mistake again!.

Very clear and organized, crazy fast, friendly service. They followed us to our car as we parked so there was zero wait. We jogged to make it to the pick up shuttle do again, no wait. And it was raining do extra wonderful to be dropped off at our car. So smooth and stress-free!!
