Safe , fast , nice staff

When I went to pay out on Sept 19, 2022 I tried to use the digital bar code exit. I could not get it to work for me. I worked with it for about 15 min with a line racing up behind me with no results. I finally scanned the bar code on my entrance ticket and it recognized that. I then used the same credit card I had used to reserve the parking for the week hoping it would recognize my credit card number. It did not and charged me again for parking I had already paid for.

When I reach Park n Fly Plus customer service and explained my issue they were extremely helpful. They have since refunded the $105.50 that was charged on my exiting Park n Fly Plus. Im very thankful your customer service people were so helpful. I will be using your service again in the future.

I must have lowered the rear passenger window by mistake when I opened the front window to enter the Park 'N Fly lot, and didn't notice it. The van taking us to the airport was there instantly behind my car, a good thing, but we didn't want to make it wait so we rushed - our fault. Since this was a Tesla, we kept getting alerts the entire time we were away the window was open but there is no way of shutting it remotely. I thought it might just have been a crack open and it was too late to do much about it, so that was that. When we picked up the car, what a pleasant surprise - Park 'N Fly must have noticed the window was FULLY down, and put a sheet of plastic fully covering the opening. Wow, thank you so much Park 'N Fly. Lastly, I should add the van at the airport to take up us back to the lot was also very timely, it showed up within 5-10 minutes. Well done Park 'N Fly, and thanks again. We will be back, hopefully not leaving our window down the next time.

We were picked up and dropped off quickly. It was much cheaper than the airport parking.

Arrival was smooth and swift! And that was before the sun was up. Coming home my driver Rinh was friendly and helpful-and even carried my bags to my car and made sure I knew the proper way to exit the lot

I like the discount price provided by paying in advance. However, when we were leaving the cashier asked me for my receipt. It was very late and I didn't have the confirmation readily available. Finally, after 5 minutes, she asked me for my phone number and was able to access my receipt that way.
