I love the professionalism of your drivers. All are very helpful and courteous. I could not find my Park N Fly ticket, but did remember where I parked my car and I was afraid I would have an issue with it when leaving the area. I found my previous email on my phone, the gal behind the counter scanned it and I was good to go. Then, she graciously offered my wife and I each a cold (much needed) bottle of water. I will use your service, like I have in the past, every opportunity that I can.

Easy to reserve a parking space. The bus pick up is quick. Easy check out.

Even with a reservation it took us a while to find a parking spot. The first area we were directed to was full so we just started driving up and down rows until we found a spot. However, the shuttle driver was keeping an eye open for us and was right there to pick us up. He gave us a card with our parking slot number and we made it to the terminal with time to spare. I'm really glad we took the time to make a reservation. The scanner wasn't working too well went we departed the lot, but there was an attendant there who helped us sort things out. The reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was because of the stress factor.
