The location is much easier to get to than the airport, the shuttle is easy to use, and pre-booking online was cheaper than any other parking option.

So easy to book the reservations. Easy entrance to the parking and the drivers are professional and polite and explain details of the pick up process and where to go for exiting the parking.

The minute we arrived the bus was there ready to take us to the terminal. On our arrival back to the airport the shuttle bus was again waiting to go.

As usual quick pick up from the parking lot to the airport and from the airport back to the lot. Drivers are always helpful and full of information. Definitely the only parking lot service to use near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
