Liked the condition of park area, the covered parking is great, check in was super easy and shuttle was right thete to pick me up and carry me to my terminal. When i returned almost no wait what so ever. Drivers are very professional.
When I was parking my car a van was in the area and she waited for us. When we came back from our trip, I received a message telling me what to do. When I called the number, the bus was there within 5 minutes. Very nice people driving the bus.

Convenience. Love the shuttle tracker and the ability to call a shuttle. Reservations and QR codes to exit are great. Would be nice to be able to add my parking spot to my reservation in the app. Then I wouldn’t need to stick a piece of paper in my wallet

Arrival service was timely and efficient for a very early departing flight. Return service was a little bit of a wait, approximately ten minutes. It was not clear on the app how to let you know that I arrived and was waiting.
