By reserving a parking space, I know that I'll have a place to park and a quick ride to the airport when I arrive! I appreciate that you take me almost immediately to the airport, and not wait for the van to be full. I appreciate the kind and courteous drivers and their help with my luggage. I like the numbered spaces and the ticket to remind me and tell the driver exactly where my car is when I return.

Easy to park with pick up and drop off right at your vehicle.
It was easy to book online for one thing. When we arrived, we were immediately picked up by the bus - easy peasy. When we returned home from our trip, it only took 5 min for a bus to come by and took us directly to our car. We used the scan I printed out to exit and on our way home.

We love the ease of dropping the car and catching a shuttle. We have noticed on our last three trips it seems we wait at the airport for a really long time to be picked up. I've tried using the "come get me" tap on the app but it does not seem like it has helped. We do notice that your drivers are friendly and helpful, have a happy greeting in the early AM, and are very good at telling customers how to get the shuttle on their return to MSP. We are long-time customers and will continue to use Park 'N' Fly Minneapolis

Never had to wait and was picked up and dropped off directly at my car. It was easy to pay ahead online, check in, and check out. Also helped that it was so much cheaper than airport parking too!
I’ve used Park N Fly quite a bit and always only have good things to say.
I like the new app. It keeps things organized and the ‘Pick Me Up’ button means I don’t have to search for numbers to call. Shuttle tracking is nice, too.
