Price and availability of spots and quick to airport
We didn’t have a hard time finding a parking spot since we reserved one. The busses where quick to pick us up once we where ready. And when we made it back they made sure we where on the right bus to get to our Park N Fly spot.

The service was great. The driver dropped me off at the right gate. I had a little glitch when I retrieved my bags. I thought that I sent a message for pickup. But didn't see the 2nd page. I didn't realize it until waiting 20 minutes. Which was my fault. So next time I'll know what to do. I wish that you had AARP discounts? And getting out of the lot was a breeze. And the attendant asked me if I wanted some water? Which I was happy to have. And doing everything online was easy. From making my reservation. And paying for it. I will definitely use your services again!

Very convenient to park at the airport. Bus picks you up at your car, noting your spot number and giving directions on what to do when returning to claim your car. Bus drivers were very personable and helpful getting lugage on and off bus. Running busses as long as the planes are flying.

Driver is a diplomat and helpful. He likes his job and it shows. Thus I am happy to tip. Vans are new and clean. Your competitors are not by any means. Shuttles run often and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. I like your frequent parking program. If I have +- 7 day trip, it is better to park with you, then take a cab or Uber. Your price is competitive and your product far exceeds that of your competition.

The convenience of dropping my car off and getting dropped off without getting lost at the airport
We were very impressed. We didn't realize that you picked-up at our car and dropped off at car also. How nice not to have to lug suitcases and kids to a pick-up spot.
Our plane arrived after midnight. We only had to wait maybe 10 minutes after we called for shuttle. Driver was very nice and helpful. When we left the cashier was pleasant and even gave us a bottles of water for our journey home. We will definitely use you again.
