So efficient and easy

It is quick and easy to check in and check out. Staff are friendly and courteous.
One thing that could be improved upon is to increase the frequency of sending a shuttle for pickup at the airport. Often other company shuttles will have circled around 2-3 times before a ParknFly shuttle appears.

Shuttle service to/from airport was quick, Drivers were friendly and liked having the option to pre-pay for the parking.

It was easy and all of the staff were friendly

The driver who picked me up at the airport was very kind and professional. He even loaded my bags into my car. He went above what he was asked to do!!

I arrived at the park n fly at 4am with my 2 & 6 year old. The shuttle quickly (less than 2 min) pulled up behind my car. The driver was very helpful and unloaded/loaded my suitcase, car seats & stroller for me. Very quick ride to the airport, the driver once again unloaded everyone’s stuff. He dropped us off at our designated airline. Upon returning, the bus was outside waiting at pickup when we walked out so we didn’t have to wait. Loaded / unloaded all our stuff. The bus was very clean. I’ll be using park n fly next time I fly out of Atlanta.

Convenient

It was so easy. I was initially skeptical to park offsite initially but I had amazing service and felt safe throughout the process. I enjoyed the on-site employees pointing me the right way to my covered parking, how quickly a bus came to pick me up and how the drivers helped with my suitcase. I will be parking here again.

The people working there were very nice and helpful. It couldn't have been an easier parking event; both drop off and pickup. There are closer lots, but this one has the best value, and it looks secure. They are my next stop in the future.
