Quick and polite drivers at Cleveland Airport!!! Easy to get to and out to the expressway.
No wait. Someone was right there as soon as we parked. I prepaid and got right in and out.
App makes in and out so easy. Wish there’s a waiting line for when the bus arrives for pickup at Door 5/MDW. It’s not fair when you’re the first one out there waiting and the bus pulls up and parks away from where you’ve been standing. Then everyone cuts in front of each other to get on.

Quick pick up and drop off at the airport! We've taken other shuttles, and they have driven in circles to drop off people, taking 30-45 minutes. We prefer to arrive at the shuttle lot, get picked up within 5 minutes and then be at the airport within 10-15 minutes. That makes it worth the value. Otherwise, we'd rather pay extra to park at the airport.
I like that I can just pull up and drop my car off and when I return it is waiting for me. It is very convenient. Everyone at Park n Fly is wonderful!
