Courteous and attentive employees. Shuttle service was very good. Little or no waiting for the shuttle. I like that the luggage is in the bus with the passengers and not packed in the back of the bus. Valet service saves time.

Have been using since you opened. For a while there you had problems with reservations via App or website (seems mostly OK now) so have used others, but keep coming back as you for the most part are the best deal, you are closer than most (maybe all), and the pickups are pretty regular. Have definitely recommended you to many others.

I can't get the app to work on my mobile device and i can only used my card. I don't get the discounts if I can't check in on mobile.

It is always so easy to reserve in advance, scan, park, and get to the terminal quickly. Pickups are flawless and the employees are all very nice.
