I like the newer process of getting a text with the QR code to check in and out of the fenced in yard. Much faster, easier, and better than bringing printed pages. A shuttle was waiting at 6:30am at the airport, even before I had the opportunity to send a text. Great job!

The first driver when we arrived at PNF was very negative he said a few things that made us uncomfortable I just ignored him thinking he was just a grumpy person... this was in the morning of 10/3.

The 2nd driver that picked us up at the airport was very nice n friendly he had a thick accent n was killing our names we all laughed Not at him but bc he was just friendly n funny he made our trip back relaxed with humor.
He definitely deserves to be recognized.
This was on 10/14 around 7pm .
