Pretty good but not terrific - when I arrived back at the MSP lot on 10/16/22 none of the exit kiosk's were working. None. I entered on 10/14/22 using the app and did not have a ticket. The lady who was staffing the covered lot exit was flustered and frustrated, told me to go to the open lot and use the kiosk there. I told here that I was pretty sure both flat lot exit kiosk's had been out of operation for months, she told me that one was working so I went over, neither were working (both has signs preventing anyone from even approaching) so I moved an orange cone and went out through the flat lot entrance. A driver saw me and protested rather strongly, I showed him my paid reservation and tried to explain but it didn't seem to make a difference. He seemed like a nice guy just doing his job as he was trained, language was a bit of a barrier, I eventually drove away and noticed another vehicle following me out. I had a birthday party to get to and could not spend any more time explaining to yoru employees that your kiosk's were not working and that I had paid for my stay. Can you confirm that I am not paying for an extended parking stay and, get all of your kiosks working, including the ones exiting the flat lot? Crazy close to the airport. I like that I can text while at baggage to have my car waiting when I arrive by shuttle. Super easy to wave down the shuttle or text my location for pick up. Wish every airport had Park ‘N Fly!

Prompt service

Reservation was very easy/quick to make. When I dropped off my car, the courtesy van was at my car before I had the luggage out of the trunk. The courtesy van drivers were also very friendly and professionsl.

Shuttle was available as soon as we entered the lot and there was a shuttle available at the airport even though it was 1:30 am. Shuttle was clean and the driver was friendly.

Great prices, fast shuttle service, friendly drivers. Also, this last trip we returned to a dead car battery. We were able to borrow the charging device to get on the road home. It was awesome.
