Always great customer service. From the convenience of the shuttle picking you up at your car, the drivers placing the luggage in your car to the drivers cleaning your car off when it snows. I feel safe and secure in that lot.

This was my first time ever using an airport parking service. I was skeptical and nervous to begin with not knowing how much time to add, will my car be safe, and will this be easy to figure out. This was so easy and quick. I was so happy to just pull up and get on to my traveling. Return pick up was also so easy and I was so impressed when I got to the lot and my car was there waiting for me. So pleased.

My first time using Midway Airport offsite parking, and Park and Fly was great! Pick up right at my car, friendly driver, quick trip to airport. On return, driver was waiting at transportation pick up, and again dropped me off at my car, assisted with my golf clubs and luggage, very friendly and easy to use-
