The location was directly across the road from the hotel where we were staying. Access was easy and the price was reasonable. App was simple to use and was very powerful down to the ability to call for pickup from the airport and to track the pickup bus.

Park 'N Fly lot is in an easily accessible place. The drivers of the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at our car and loaded and unloaded our bags at our car and at the airport. The driver who dropped us off at the airport asked if it was our first time doing this and when we told him that it was, he gave us directions to get from the drop-off point to the check-in area and how to get back. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next trip, partly because Park 'N Fly made it so easy to get to and from the airport.

All staff that I have had contact with have been extremely helpful and kind. The travel to and from the airport is always on time with every driver helping with bags and dropping off right at your car upon arrival back to the lot Java been great
