I love people at ParkNFly and I love how normally the shuttles are very prompt and clean. The only thing that I have had major issues with is the app for Park ‘N Fly. Many times I have tried to check out and the app is not working and sometimes it’s not showing up that I pre-pay for my reservation even when they look at my telephone number. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to leave and spending 10 to 20 minutes trying to check out when I’ve already paid for my reservation. I never had any issues with Parking Spot and their app but I’d like your service much better except for the app.
Convenience and efficiency.
Shuttle is super easy to get to and from the airport. There never is any wait which is convenient especially when getting to the airport. Parking lot is safe and secured and well lit for when getting home in the evening.
Did not miss our flight!
Up until recently, it was like clockwork arriving and departing from Valet (covered parking). Lately, it seems that maybe a shortage of employees is causing some issues. However, I do observe your team responding the best they can. I would like to personally recognize Jessie who works valet in the mornings. She is a bright light and is always pleasant and friendly!

Its convenient and cost effective compared to Uber and Lyft. It is close to the airport that I frequent travel out of (Chicago Midway). I especially love that you are pick up from your vehicle where you do not have to walk with heavy luggage.
