Service is quick and easy

We are so appreciated of the great service with assistance for our luggage and being able to leave our vehicle near the airport at Park ‘N Fly San Francisco during our recent trip. Service and staffing is very good at this location. Delivery at onset was perfect; on return, the office was able to retrieve my original reservation with ID, after I had misplaced ticket. I loved that it was no hassle easy process and on time pick up and delivery to the airport. But I didn’t like to outside parking. I didn’t see the inside option or else I would have preferred that, my car was soooooo dusty when I returned like it had been in a dust storm.

I had several issues in the last three week and had to deal with personal from the office.
In both cases, one holding a car key for me to give to someone else, and the second to make an extra charge on prepayment as I stayed longer than I paid, I have to say they were the nicest and most helpful ladies and cheerful and left both times with a smile.

Better transit services

I like how close off of 95 you are and how quickly you can get to/from the airport on the shuttles.

We had an unfortunately incident in that our car battery was dead upon our return. Since the car had been parked by staff as the lot was full when we arrived, it is likely that someone left on a light or left a door ajar which drained the battery. Helena, the lot supervisor was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us help. Because of her friendliness and competence, we got our car working again and on our way.

Because of her approach to turning a bad situation in a good one, we will recommend Helena to friends for their airport parking.

Everything, except the notification of arrival. The phones at the baggage pick-up don't connect. We have to call or text. If we don't have a phone we are unable to call. The phones did work when we had Executive Valet.
