That it is near airport and your pickup location at airport. Took too long for someone to pick us up at our car to take us to airport and hard to find available parking space. Drove around a good bit to find one in back section 11

What do you like about our services?

I like being picked up and dropped at my car and earning free days. I know staffing is an issue but is was frustrating this trip waiting to be picked up at my car for 10 minutes when there was a bus sitting at the entrance when I went in and that same bus was sitting there when the other bus took me.

The entire process was so easy. And the app was extremely helpful. I opted for the valet, covered parking and it was amazing (which you don’t really say about parking)! The drop off was quick as was the shuttle to the airport. Upon returning, getting the return shuttle was very fast and they had my car ready and up front, ready to go. I will definitely use them whenever I travel. Many, many thanks.
